If you're talking about wiring your head unit to the wiring harness, it'll still be the same as any other HU install. Match the colors. You could, however, disregard hooking up the green, purple, white, and gray wires for the speakers as they won't be needed if you're going with amps for all of them.

yea i guess thats what my question is. since i am using rca cables i shouldnt hookup those wires because i heard it is bad to have both hooked up?

Not hooking them up is supposed to yield less distortion. Your ears won't recognize a difference. Do whichever you please.
