Power acoustik turn around time

My power acoustik amp decided to take a dump yesterday so I was wondering if anyone knew about how long their turn around time is being that I find it near impossible to get ahold of these people.

Depends on the amp. A lot of times, if it's a lesser amp, like their plasma series or whatever, they just ship out a new one. If it's an older one, it will take longer to fix.

Either way, I say give it a week or two.
