Cosmetically 9/10 just because it's been installed. As far as I can see there's no scratches or marks. The screen is in perfect condition.

I purchased this on 3/10/2012 from sonicelectronix. It is under warranty until 3/10/2015. I'm not 100% sure if it's transferable or not, but I think it is. It comes with the iPod direct cord, digital audio amplifier, remote, and the wiring harness.
