Power Acoustik or Pioneer, gimme your 5 cents.

Hows it going?

At this current point in time im running a lanzar max pro 1600 watt 12 subwoofer with a 200 watt crossfire amp that im trying to sell or just upgrade. The sub isnt bad but the amp is not doing it justice. i have it in a sealed enclosure at the moment.

Now what i wana upgrade to is bugging me im really looking for something that will hit all the notes, sound clean, deep and punch you in the face and punch the kid in the face in the car next to me.

Ive been looking at either getting a Power Acoustik mofo 15 2600 watt sub, or a pioneer 12 3000spl sub. either one i choose is gonna run me a ported box but im just deciding which to go with. Loud doesnt have to be an issue because i want the SQ. but im not listening to 20hz test tones just the normal everyday music. If i get the mofo 15 i think im going to go with the power acoustik 3000d amp and if i go with the pioneer then ill either get that amp (would that be to powerful?) or just downgrade to the power acoustik 2400d amp.

Which one will punch harder, go lower, and make overall make the glass flex around me? Whats the pros and cons of both, and what can u help me out with? thanks alot.

if you go with a diamond D9 you will get the best of both worlds great SQ and it will be loud as hell

why do you want to make glass flex, no guarantee that either of those subs will do it

pioneer sub over mofo... the mofo sounds like shit, but gets loud.

So if i go with the pioneer subs would the 3000d amp have to much wattage for the sub? if i do go with the pioneer im prolly going to get of two of them, also im not that car audio literate, you can still run two subs off of a mono block amp right? so that way tthe 3000d would be pushing like.... 1200 to each sub? something like that?
