Power Acoustik C-1B?? worth a try?

I found this in my garage, a buddy left it here and i can't find many reviews on it. It looks kinda crappy to me, but i'll put it to use going to my MM4000 if its an ok "line driver"

anybody have any info on how good it is? or how bad? id rather use it or sell it than have it sit somewhere

i thought it supposedly boosts the signal tho ? isnt it like a line driver? I dont think i'll use it, someone wanna buy it?
