Power Acoustik? Are they any good?

I've heard things like their amps are overrated and stuff, but are they still any good?

the a3000db is a great amp for the price.and i had an ov2 520 on mids and highs it sounds pretty good.plus had it bridged at 1 ohm just to see if my box was gonna sound goos //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I'm looking to power 2 12" Fi BL's, was looking specifically at this amp: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=220315615946

It is 1 ohm stable and everything, although I don't know if the power acoustic amps are any good. I am just looking for a good powerful amp at a cheap price that runs 2000 watts rms, since that is what the 2 12" Fi BL's run at for rms.

I own two older 12's from them as back-up subs and they hold up real nice.
