... do they come with a birthsheet when purchased BNIB from a retailor? Specifically, the A2400DB? I'm guessing the answer is no but i thought i would ask.

Nope, but they are good buget amps for the money.

Mine PA amp worked great until it got stolen. But no, mine didn't come with a birthsheet. Just a crappy manual.
