lol for 1 that's an amp, and 2 i really doubt it will take .5 ohms daily.... burps maybe, but not daily

First off the A3000Db is a amp and not a sub.

And if you are talking about the amp it is only 1 ohm stable.

isn't the PA 3000 essentially an Opti 2000D (which is known to be stable at 1/2 ohm) ?

kinda sorta.

The A3000db is able to run at 1/2 ohm. But not contiuous only for burps. And since he is going to be using it as a daily then it work for him the way he wants it to.
