How would this amp do on 1 12" L7? I am thinking about using it on my current 12"L7 @ 4ohm and then upgrading to an 06' 15" L7 and wiring it down to 1 ohm.

I think it should do fine (for the price). I have a A2400DB pushing 2 Pioneer 12's and it's beating em pretty good. I haven't really pushed it yet, but I'm planning on adding another 12 or getting 2 15" RL-P's or 2 15" Arsenals.
