Well, I currently have a 15" RE MT. I'm looking at upping to an 18", or MAYBE 2 15's. (box would be interesting on 2 15s...)

I'm not really sure how much I'm trying to spend, but let me know how much your looking for. This is just a feeler, as I may just recone my MT to an 18 and call it a day.

I am not looking for MT's or BTL's, I want something else that can take 2k - 3k like the MT and BTL can. Needs to be an 18". Interested in proto's and anything really, just let me know what you got.

Leaning much more towards some type of single 18 that can take the power since I can fit a much better box for a single 18. 2 15's would be suffocated for space so I'm not too sure about that and I'm not willing to go sealed.

Don't forget, this isn't a stock Alpha. It has highly resined spiders for a stiffer suspension for more power handeling

Oh yeah, that's true.. But how much extra power handling can some harder spiders add? I'm more worried about that voice coil not taking it. I'm gonna talk with RD and see what's up though.
