Wondering if you were to use two 4ohm speakers on one amplifier channel (two each side, so a total of 4 speakers, just two per channel), and lets say one speaker on this channel is 50 watts RMS and the the other is 30 watts RMS. So that would present a 2ohm load to the amplifier. Lets say the amplifier is rated at 75 watts RMS per channel at 2ohms, would these speakers share this power equally? Or would would it be divided providing each speaker with an appropriate amount of power?
Now 75 watts RMS is more than the 30 watt RMS speaker can handle but because it is sharing that power with another speaker it wouldnt see the whole 75 watts RMS. Correct?
I know this is retarded but I was thinking about it and for some reason I couldnt wrap my mind around it..
