Well, as some of you may know, I've been working on a fiberglass enclosure for my 10W7 in my FD and I'm thinking that I might want to sell the sub/enclosure now. The enclosure was made to provide the 10W7 it's ideal air space (1.25ft^3 after displacement) and to fit nicely into my FD's hatch.
Although I am not done with the box yet, I don't know if I want the sub anymore, so I'm going to go ahead and see the kind of interest in this.
The 10W7 is in mint condition, I used it for couple of hours in my car in my temporary box and am still breaking it in. It was getting around 750W @ 3ohms and sounded great.
The box is a mix of MDF base and then fiberglass in order to save weight of the setup. The sub is angled perfectly aiming towards the hatch window. There is plenty of space when the hatch is closed, the face of the sub is about 6-8inches away from the glass so there is no problem of clearence. If you have made any kind of enclosure with fiberglass you know that there is A LOT of labor in order to get it to where you want it, let alone, it isn't cheap for the materials. The box is built like a tank, 6-7 layers of fiberglass with bracing.
I don't know what I am going to ask for this, but the glassing jobs I've done I have charged between $500-$1000 just for the enclosures mainly due to labor, and the sub alone goes for $400-$450 on ebay. The box and sub combination is probably close to 65-70lbs to be on the safe side for shipping.
I'd be willing to let this all go for around $800 + shipping. That's $400 for the sub and $400 for labor/materials of fiberglass box which I believe is a great deal. For those who have glassed before, please let others know how much labor that goes into these boxes.
I was going to cover the box with a black carpet, but if you want, I will go ahead and sand the box down and paint it whatever color you want for no extra charge.
The following are pictures of the sub and the last pictures I took of the box. The box is now sanded down good enough for carpeting, but if you want it painted, I will have to sand/fill some of the small lows to make it perfectly smooth.
So in short, brand new 10w7 and custom fiberglass box carpeted or painted: $800 + shipping for sub and box. I will not split this up as I've spent well over my budget in materials to just build this box.

I have references on eBay (MeltDown2k4) and on the forums as I sold my second 10W7 and bought a few other things.
