Possible for budget $400 for single setup?

I want to get some bass in my Jeep Liberty. Anyone know if its possible to get a sub and amp and box. I could build a box, but would need a free plans on the internet. Either sealed or ported. Even if buying a preloaded box etc. I just need something to get some bass going. Not looking to go under 600 watts, because I don't want to mess around with new electrical stuff. Thanks for any suggestions.

Get a Obsidian Audio v2 15 dual 2, from obsidian audio.com. they are $140 plus shipping i believe(probly $20 on shipping)

Pick a Audiopipe Apsm-1500 from Vminnovations for $115 shipped

so thats $275 total, you still have $125 left to build a box or get what ever you need.

Well the 15" obsidian may be $20 more i cant get on the site because im at work and its blocked but it will be in your budget. You should have at least $75 left over to build a box with
