Possible amp problems?

I have a pair of 12s hooked up to a 750rms amp (BASSinfusion). The amp is new, now around a week old. Just yesterday, my subs began to half a rumble to them. Someone told me to check the ground wire and change my speaker gauge. These two I did and still has the rumbling noise in my subs. I don't know exactly what is wrong. Any help?
