I am installing some 2 new tweeters and 4 new door speakers. How do I tell which wire is posative and which is negative when installing the speakers?

negative to one terminal, positive to the other. if it pops out you know the + and - if it goes in, it is the opposite

connect the wire to the battery and then the other end of the wire to the terminal if the cones moves inward rather than outward you have it reversed and need to switch wires.

I'm not sure...but I think he's asking how he knows which factory wire is positive and which is negative. Not which speaker terminal.
