ported subbox behind a bench seat in an f-150..

ok so basically my questions how should i do the port? im doing 2 audioque s.d. series 10...my box is 3 cubic feet i was thinking about doing 2 4" aeroports facing up? i have seen people either do this or face them towards the side panel...the only problem i have here the 2 ports wont fit so i was trying to find a way to use them and porting up will make them fit i just wasnt sure how it would sould...any suggestions?....also im running a 1000.1 hifonics on the subs
