Ported enclosure help

I'm looking for a reputable builder to make me an enclosure for 2 of these https://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=295-467

I will have dimensions I can work with shortly, I'm going to pick up our new car in an hour or so. Would prefer someone close to Arizona to cut down on shipping and I'm thinking baltic birch to help with weight. If all else fails I'd be willing to get a design and try it myself. I sent a pm to pro rabbit a week ago but no response.

Dimensions I can work with are 16 high, 17 deep, and 39 wide. I can maybe go a little deeper if necessary.
