Ported 8 on 300wrms @ .93cuft @ 32hz. Suggestions?

Had Boomsday put a ported 8 box together for me. Originally I had intended to put a IA i8 in there, but with the box being oversized I thought maybe I should just go with an sa8 , hds2 8, or an ab 600w 8.

For daily listening in a single cab pickup, I know if I go with a higher RMS sub its going to hit fine for hip hop or edm but I'm more concerned with the output for the rock/metal type music. Suggestions/advice appreciated!

It's a win win of those three. RMS has no effect on accuracy, the enclosure and install have a huge effect.

Its not accuracy I'm concerned about its output. I want there to be a healthy bass line to all music. Would 300wrms be enough for my given install for that size woofer?

System will be feed off an OS mtx 5channel, sub ch does 300@2ohms according to birth sheet. I just don't want to get an sa-8 and it be starving for power.

Personally, I think it will be enough, but output (with out spl numbers) to the user, is relative. Some people will love it, some people will want more. All depends on the preference. The good thing is if you get something like the SA-8, you will not be stressing the sub much and you have room to bump up in power down the road.
