port to big

i thought that a 15 type r needed around 100 sq. inches of port. i could be wrong. the 70 you have is too small. someone correct me please.

no. i'm not sure. it might have been a box for 2 type r's

Crossover settings? Gain settings? Did you redo your wiring (no, I don't mean did you "check" your wiring)? Subsonic filter settings?

umm i re grounded its getting 12.5 volts to the amp subsonic filter is set at 29/30 gain its set aroung 25 % witch is 40 volts on the multimeter witch should be 750 rms right and low pass is set at 65

Port area is NOT your problem at all. Decrease your subsonic filter by a lot. You don't need it set anywhere near 30hz. Set it more towards 17-22hz or even lower and see if that helps. Also, increase your low pass filter or disable it and see if that helps. There could also be a problem with your wiring as well.
