Port Question? Need help

I have a box 5.8 before displacement w/ two 12" type r's going in it.Would I figure out the port lenght for tuning before or after displacementof theport? Im using 4 4" aeroports. Wanting to tune to 32hz. I think I figured it up wrong.

Also on psp port lenght calculator when it says flare port lenght, is that from flare to flare, or the straight part inbetween the flares?
