Port placement in trunked car?

Quick question for someone who has tried both. Sub will be facing back. Sub back port back? or Sub back port front, port pointing to the cabin. What would work best, as in db's.

Right now I have subs & port back ( Facing the trunk )

... But I've reversed Everything facing the cabin and felt a good bit of difference ( And this was without sealing off the trunk from the cabin )

You'll have a longer, more developed wave with everything facing the trunk...

... Another setup that works wonders in trunk cars is " Subs Back - Port Side ( Passenger ) "

Yeah i was thinking sub and port facing the trunk. Only thing is this is a 745i and trunk seems to be pretty well sealed of from the cabin :/
