i can see that port is too small but phoenix gold sugest 1.5'' for spl!!??? after i read it i just checked it at least 100 times

That's just nuts... with the port/box combo you used, you will exceed acceptable vent mach with anything more than ~100W.
How much power are you running?

i have it on an mtx 1000d at 2 ohms ~1000-1200 rms but the sub is still new and i had the gain low when i heard the port noise

Ports way to small.

I had my 10" Type R with a 3" round port at 600 watts and had port noise. 3" was the Alpine spec so I put it in that way. I had to cut my box up and install a new port in it. I used some online calculator and came up with a 4" port minimum. Port noise is now gone and I wont trust online specs ever again.

Top section to get the Dia and the bottom section to make the correction for the length. The length will change as you increase the diameter.

You will need the specs. Should be able to get them from the manual or manufacturers web site.

You are going to need to totally redo your box... unless you do a huge exterior port.
With that kind of power, you will need to go up to a 4" dia port to prevent excess port noise, and it will need to be ~32.75" long for .37 ft^3 tuned to 52 Hz. With length like that, a slot port may be an easier solution.
