port length?

i have 4 of these ports coming to me tomorrow. there supposed to be cut to 15.5" each.

is that 15.5" including the flared ends, or am i measuring 15.5" the tube itself and then adding the flares?

cut the tubes 5inches shorter than what the length needs to be.

why do you say that? i just used the calculator on their web page and came up with 15.49" for a flared port.

ok, just read that in the instructions. why is that though?

does anybody know if the calculator on this link, http://www.psp-inc.com/, subtracts the extra 5.5" they say to take off? or do i still have to subtract it from the number that calculator gives me?
