Port length from wall.

If my port is 24" W x 5" H and my box is 26" deep whats the longest i can make the port without getting to close to the rear wall? Is there a certain distance away from the rear wall i shouldn't exceed?

You shouldnt exceed the port's width away from the back wall/any wall...just a rule of thumb

So, my 4" ports are 4" away from the back wall of my enclosure..

Exactly 5, you will turn it on its 24" fold. To get your "L".

If I were you, I'd pay someone to do this...
