Port distance from inside walls in enclosure?

Is there a min distance I should be concerned about when putting these ports in my enclosure? Like between the sides of the aero port and the walls of the enclosure, and also between the opening of the aero and the bottom of the enclosure.

How about between aeros as well?

Just wondering if theres some unwritten thing about this.

the width of the port itself would be ideal distance

but from end of aero to wall make sure it's @least the diameter of the port

so 4 in port @least 4 in from the wall
