port displacement?

(L x W x H)/1728

Length, width and height (in inches) of the part of the port that's inside the enlcosure, then divide by 1728.

Be sure to include the thickness of the material used to construct the port in those dimensions aswell if they consume airspace within the enclosure

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
