Popping Noise

Hopefully this will be a easy fix so ill keep it short.

High Volumes on certain songs = popping noise on my front speakers but not my RE 5x8 FR's (rears)

Torn Spider, Bad RCA connection, Bad Ground. These are a couple results i've gotten from skimming Google. My amp doesn't put out as much power as the speakers demand so i'm thinking clipping perhaps? but my gain is about 3/4's up so I can't see why my Amp would be over doing it (DSC450). Any suggestions?

nevermind, i disconnected my battery and forgot to reset my crossovers on my hu afterwards... thanks ha
