Pop when changing source/station

I am stuck with an annoying pop sound from my system, and have no idea what else to try in order to cure it. The problem I get is that I get a pop from my sub (can't tell if it comes from the speakers too) anytime that I change source, station, make audio adjustments etc. It's really annoying.

My system is:

Pioneer DEH-6800MP

Infinity Kappa speakers

eD 11Kv.2 sub

Alpine MRV-F345

So far I have re-grounded my HU to the battery, then to the same location as the amp (where it is now), I have wrapped the RCA's on the back of my HU, I have switched my RCA cables, I have tried a different amp, I have tried a different ground location, I have moved my amp remote from the fuse box to the back of the HU, all to no avail.

I have no audible engine whine/noise through the system, just this pop which is driving me mental. Any idea's on what I can try?

ground... ground ur rca to the hu chassis, dont use hu ground same as amp (how could you do that anyways? shouldent your amp be in back really far away form headunit)

seems an awfully far away place to ground your HU ground

I know my amp has to have the RCA's grounded like twisted said. kinda annoying but it saves on noise

My RCA's are grounded to the HU chassis already, the HU is re-grounded to the amp as per some advice I already got from this forum (it made no difference with the stock HU ground, the HU grounded direct to the battery or to the same location as amp).

shorten up your grounds. find closer places to ground. all those long ground wires cant be doing it any good
