Okay, so my assumption was correct. Each channel of your amplifier is seeing 1 ohm. I can't be 100% sure of what will happen, but I wouldn't run an amplifier at 1 ohm stereo that is only rated down to 2 ohms stereo. I'm not going to say outright that there is a fire risk, but there is a risk of damaging your amp prematurely. And a higher risk of clipping it too, causing damage.
My suggestion would be to run one sub off of each channel. You won't get quite as much power, but it will be cleaner and better for the amp.
