I was thinking about filling my enclosure with polyfil. Wondering if it's worth my time. Does it make a difference?

What sub? Enclosure size?

Filling with polyfill will usually make the sub perform as if it was in a larger box, from what I understand. You should notice a difference, but whether you like it or not just depends....

Best way to find out is to try it.
