poll: which amp for two D315's

i got 2 15" diamond audio D3's which call for 500wrms a piece. now i dont know if these subs are underrated or not (if someone can please chime in on that). so far, i had this selection of amps in mind to run at 1ohm. my budget is $300ish at most for a new item but i rather save myself for a used good one

diamond d5 1200.1. perfect amp for those speakers. i had one on two d3 12"s a while back.
