can a 15'' kicker l7 with 4 ohms, with a x1200.1 running to it, be louder than 2 jl audio 13.5 inch w7's with the right amp going to the 2 jl's?

I'd have to go with the JL's...although it's highly install dependent.

But for the displacement advantage...the W7's.
