POLL: Lift kit or sport quad?

The point of my question is the fact whether you go flashy or not, people will notice your truck is lifted. Everyone will see it and it will look great. Lift it.
How old are you?

Yes, sometimes I notice lifted trucks and laugh to myself, as I know the owners' definition of off-road is the rough part of their cul-de-sac.

them avalanches independent? or solid axles
idk how they are setup, but ud need a 5-7 lift to get your 35's without rubbing and some spacers

possibly some trimming..
It takes 6" to clear a 35/12.5

I would probably shoot for closer to 8" to fit a wide 35" tire.

imo avalanches dont look good lifted. silverados look better. id get a quad like a yfz
Yeah i think its a hit or miss with avalanches. Ive seen a few that look awesome, but then ive seen a few that look like crap as well. I LOVE the look of my chrome 20's, but the winter literally took the chrome off of two of the rims //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

what size are your stock tires? Keep in mind that 35's will not only ruin your performance by changing your effective gear ratio, but 35's will also weigh alllot more than your stockers and its all unsprung weight. If you don't do gears at the same time you will take a big hit to performance and gas mileage.

Also any work you do to your truck won't really add any "value" to it as an asset, purchasing a quad instead, adds an asset. I know we all don't modify our vehicles for value or an asset, but just more stuff to keep in mind in making the decision.
