Heres the situation. My parent's bought me a nice 3BR/2BA house before my freshman year of college. They wanted me to have a nice place to live for the 6 years I planned to be here. The first year just me and my bro lived in it. Last year I had 2 room mates, both which have moved on. I currently have 1 room mate, and am having trouble finding another as school is approaching.
Today I had the first prospect come by. I am in my pool and I turn around to see a piece of sh1t car in the driveway. Oh knowz, I thought to myself. He was supposed to call first. I walk to my door and see a 40+ yr old bald headed rough looking guy. He works maintenance at a local apartment complex. He informed me he moved here from LA in February to get back on his feet. He wanted to sign the lease QUICK. All i could think was *********/ex-convict/ etc. I may be wrong, but this dude was suspicious.
After he left I had another guy call about my add. I could tell he was black. We all know my shenanigans on this forum. I am not racist by any means. I don't have a problem living with a black guy, whatsoever. As long as he is not "gangsta" black. He is coming to look at the room tomorrow and is really interested after hearing about where it was located and what it has to offer. I have been known to drop the "n" word when I have been drinking around my house. I think that is the only issue I would have. I guess i'd just have to watch it when I drank.
