Polk GNX 12's ??

Yeah im looking to put in another set of 12's in addition to my HE2's and i can get a good deal on a pair of these GNX's. So my question is are these worth picking up? also i know that they have a top end RMS of 175 but does Polk underate their subs enough to make it possible to push the subs with 200 each?

Oh yea 200 will not hurt them I put 350 watts a sub into a pair of polk exs which are basically the same sub and they were pounding just keep the gain down. As for mixing and matching subs in your system would'nt reccomend it but if you do but in seperate box which you would anyway most likley. Yea but all in all not too bad of entry level sub I say get em.

Here's my review of the GNX 12's, an authorized test, and currently the only test did for polk by a magazine , for the online car audio magazine Momentum....

200 watts would be fine for them, but I would not exceed that mark, as noted in my review.
