The other way to do it...have the patrol car back the heck off, let the guy drive off, follow in a chopper at about 4500' AGL the robber wont speed because he thinks hes gotten away, follow him till he stops and gets out, have police intercept when he's OUT OF THE CAR. common fukin sense.

But that's not fun for the cops and it makes sense so seeing that it makes sense it wont happen that way lol
