They say this is the same guy that robbed a ton of other banks in the area since november --- he was in it to win it, that's for sure.

Some ppl at work were talking about how the other driver was a dumbass because he didn't swerve out of the way...

I say that guy that said that is a d!ck... if someone is coming at you with their gas pedal floored - you are going to panik...and most likely freeze...

its easy to say what someone else should of done, when you're not in that position.

do they realize how fast they were coming together? the second he realizes what is going on and if he tried to swear he would of gotten t-boned anyways.

easy to say he could of swerved out of the way when you see the video from a hundred feet up. try sitting in the drivers seat, limited sight, not knowing there is a chase going on and then try to tell me you would of swerved out of the way.

I totally agree - you can't say what you would do in something like that cuz it's just too hard to fathom the idea.

You can see the smoke coming from the guys tires locking up - maybe he was texting or doing something where he didn't notice the guy right away - but regardless of what really happened i feel **** bad for the guys family.

the only plus side of that is that im 99% sure he went out with no pain. it was probably over so fast he didnt know what hit him.
