I dont know about night clubs in lousiana, but i can't assume they're much better than the south florida nightclubs.. Here, sure theres some people that go for the dancing, but a lot of people go to get messed up and have a good time. I'm white, and i've been pulled over countless times in the middle of the night just because its suspicious to be driving around so late. The police here like to assume they're doing something wrong if they're out late, and from what i'm told by younger officers, they get a ton of DUIs that way.
Edit: I can't say the police are right, but thats something i can't say is the worst idea. (Not refering to the original topic, just what i said above).. I mean, its wrong, but its incredibly effective for them. I've worked jobs where i'm driving home in the middle of the night, and never had a problem then, even when i expected to.. I would agree its wrong, but i would bet thats something nobody will stop
