I have heard if your sub is inverted in your enclosure you have to switch the polarity? I guess the mean take the positive to the negative and vise versa from the amp. If this is true could someone please give me an in depth explanation and instructions. A picture would be great. Thanks

What does this do and what will happen if i dont do it?
It has do with the direction it fires. The non-invertered push out while the reversed polarity inverted will fire in when the signal is passed to it. Basically they fire oppisite of each other.
