Poker...Addictions....What to do?

i have lost many friends todrug addictions. Now I am far too young to lose any to gambling, but i fear if i continue at this rate i may TRULY get addicted. Now i win a lot more now then i used to, because i have sharpened my skills.

I am up to about 250 now today, and i keep winning. ITs not that so much i am worried about losing, its that when i when i dont wanna stop. Then i will ose about 40 bucks, come back and double that up to about 80. I just dont know eventually i guess i will hit a wall and lose it, i dont know. We will see in time

because i have been up a few hundred bucks, then i lost that plus another 200 so i went down 400 in one day, made it back, but the point is at one point i went way down in the whole trying to make it all back

its gambling bro. in texas, even if your opponent has a 1% chance on the river, they can still win. Do you really expect to win every hand? Even D. Brunson doesnt win everytime. Lot of ups and downs, know what ya mean there. It gets extremely intense. Try playing a multi table (like 1000 people) and getting to the final 3. Buy in was 20 and difference between 1st and third was $2500 and $700, so you're playing for $1800 difference. Now that's a rush //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. Oh, and I won... that was even better //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. I tend to play tourneys... I seem to be better at em and I love all the dead money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

If ya think you are getting addicted and worried, maybe you shouldnt play then??

Just updating, im a little over 400 now yey!
its not always how much ya win, but rather how much ya don't lose when you're dealt the cold deck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif. Not too shabby though.

Well, I have been playing online poker now for a good month. Most of the time I do well winning hands and taking opponents out in cash games. Well then i have my bad days where i lost a 100 or so. Now I am in the process of making it all back.
I started with 5 bucks and im up to 200 now. Well the problem is i cant stop myself from playing. When I get home thats what i do. When I am not doing it i am thinking about winning more money.

I cant stop playing, does anyone else seem to have this problem?
you shouldve been putting a hundred dollars on every colts game. youd have a lot of money. do that next season if you think theyre going to have more wins than losses for the season //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
