PM's just mine or everyone?

[bump - N - ugly 10+ year member]

Is anyone else having problems with PM'S? It seems to mostly be a problem on the one's I receive. My noticiations will say I have unread messages. I attempt to open my inbox and maybe or maybe not I'll have messages. When they do appear if I have more than one and respond by the time I get back to opening the rest of them in my inbox their gone. I will still have the notification telling me I have messages. I received email telling me I have messages. I can't find them. They do not show back up in my inbox right away. It also seems I am getting my pm's hours or a day later like they are in limbo. Any suggestions?
