Ok, please tell me that im just seeing stuff. Are you just twisting the wires together and then heat shrinking them ? Next we need cleaner pics with more details on what the harness is for and what its going to... Also as mentioned above please check your ground... Also are you using a test light to confirm your wires and connections ?

Take it back to the guy that "fixed" it and tell him it's still not turning on. Or get a new radio and try that one. From the looks of those harnesses, you can't afford to strip the wires too much more.
