plymouth neon install question

I'm trying to help out a buddy with installing a H/U in a 2000 plymouth neon. I can't figure out how to get out the stock radio though, I can't seem to find a way to get off the center console peice without breaking anything. can anyone explain how this is done or link me to a guide for that particular car?

This guide is for 94-98, but it may be of some help.

Just be careful look for hidden screws and trim pieces that overlap.

Remove the center AC vents (just pull gently and they pop out.). Behind them are two screws. Remove those. The center bezel is now just held on with clips. Pull gently from the bottom and it will pop off. The radio is held in the dash by 4 screws that sould be pretty apparent once you have the bezel off.
