Drill holes, and screw the plexi into the MDF, done. BTW, where are you getting the plexi?

I got it at Home Depot. How do you hide the holes ?

You really cant, you might be able to cover them up with somthing. I suggust screwing them in manually with a good old fashion screwdriver and make them look all nice...

Countersink bit....it won't really hide them completely, but it will make the screwhead flush with the plexi.

Remember to drill slowly. Do not drill your holes too close together, or too close to the outside edge or you risk cracking the plexi.

actully it should be clear holes through the plexi and finish screws with finsih washers will look pretty good.
