Plexi or Glass? and how thick?

Hey whats up everyone- I have two 12" Infinity Kappa Perfects and I am building a new box, i just bought a newer car and I am getting rid of the factory Infinity Gold in a few weeks. I am wondering if anyone knows what I should use for glass, should I use plexi or real glass? And how thick should I get? 1"? Please let me know either on the AIM listed below or E-mailing me-

Use plexi. Thickness depends on how big the window you plan on using is.....if it's just a small window, .5" would be good. If it's a decently large window, I wouldn't go any less than .75"
