Plexi or flush mount?

And use a carbide blade with very small teeth...a regular rip blade would tear plexi up.
i cut plexi with a blade with big teeth once and the cut melted back together. i didnt realize it till i was done cutting, was pretty funny.

Plexi, with acid etched logo or laser cut decal and backlight. Create custom covers that fit snug over the top of the plexi windows. We did a false floor with two art series amps and three JL10W6 (v1) with the JL logo cut out as the plexi cover on the amps. The speakers were in a wall box with a rounded rectangle (showing the back of the subs which fired forward on a wall). The inserts were covered in black carpeting where as the trunk was covered in grey carpeting. Looked good, ran the circuits for a while. Don't know what happened to the guy.

Thanks guys! I've been researching the etching and I think I might give it a go and do it myself with a dremel. I like doing stuff like that myself. We'll see what happens! Thanks for all of the replies!

Even if you don't take it to this extreme, if you put the amp under plexi, you can still neaten it up by using 1/4" MDF or thin ABS panel to give it a flush appearance.
