I use a C02 laser to etch fuse diagrams, logos, and basically anything on plexi. It runs off of a program called CorelDraw X3. I am currently doing a piece for a local audio shop. Its an 1" thick piece of lexan measuring 28" X 12.75". It covers several batteries, and 15 fuses:

I will get pics when it is finished in a couple of mins.

If the material is provided, prob around $300-400. It took me about 4 hours to draw the design, and laser time is a couple of hours because I made to other copies before lasering the 1" piece. On average, it would be about $100.

When we would have shows, they would bring one of those little Versa Lasers and I would make all kinds of little stuff with it.

Of course now I work for the better company, N. Glantz.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i used to do that kind of shit when i was in highschool. we worked with a 24x12" CO2 lazer like that that the school had in their tech department and 1\4" plexi.

the only thing i really ever did with it was cut plexi computer fan grills and sell them online lol.

**** this file was old. good thing illustrator can open em up lol.
