Please Suggest Me an Amp

ive been doing searches all week and i dont know what kind of amp i should be getting cause theres so many different kinds..

all i know is im looking for a Mono Amp that puts out around 350-400rms at 4ohms for $150 or under..

the amp will be powering a 12in JL W3 in a sealed box if that helps

ive been looking at the Hifonics TXI7506 and the MA Audio M1889i... i dunno which one is better as far as quality and features wise

Hifonics - 325rms x 1 @ 4 ohms

M1889i - 400rms x 1 @ 4ohms

or if anyone else can suggest a nice amp that fits the specs im looking for, that would help too
