Please Suggest a setup

i want to replace front components 6.5 with full range / 2 way speakers mounting depth around 2 1/4 and add a single 10" or 12" sub. to power them, should i get Alpine MRP-F240 4-channel car amplifier 40 watts RMS x 4 OR MTX Thunder564 4-channel car amplifier 70 watts RMS x 4 or any else. I need good full range speakers that can sound clear and juicy at high volume with some deep bass coming from the single subwoofer. I am not looking for any competition level but a good upgrade. another thing. i will be hooking amp to my factory Alpine radio which doesnt have preamp output. please suggest what would you have done within $ 400 budget for setup like this. Thanks experts.
