please recommend speakers.

I seriously can't believe this thread doesn't have like 100 pages by now... Is everyone sleeping? haha
can you give any reasonable advice? ....befere 100 pages?

I know that spekers in my post maybe overrated by manufacturer.

that why i made this post, i looking for loudest one.

speaker with 91db sens at 100 watt power will be loud as

speaker with 88db sens at 200 watt power.

rms power of speaker - ability to handle this power isnt it?

what about audiobahn abc6003? it does not look like scrap, 3 way, 320 rms, 91 db sens.

my dls up6 was not loud cause sens was 88 db - it was my mistake. sound quality was exellent, but i dont like how they play midbass and I limited them to 80Hz/12db.

debodaddy you took that sig before i could take it!
Haha, sorry. I just couldn't resist...

To the OP, I would not recommend any of the speakers you listed. As I said earlier, do not go by the sensitivity rating of the speakers, and even take the RMS ratings with a grain of salt. The DLS speakers you had are at least 100 times better than any of the others you listed.

I'm still not sure what you mean by "SPL" out of a 6.5" speaker... Its not what they are designed for. Maybe you don't understand that SPL means "sound pressure level". Think about it... 6.5's are not made to move massive amounts of air. They are designed to sound good in their respectable frequency range.

I can't really recommend you any speakers becuase I would never go for pure loudness out of a Component or even a coaxial speaker system. These speakers should be giving you the quality of your system, and the sub(s) should simply blend with your front sound stage, and fill in the lower frequencies that your mids cannot reproduce.

This is, of course, the way a system should be. If you simply want to make your body panels rattle, and go for "maximum SPL", then why even put speakers in it? From your descriptions of what you want, I would just fill your car with subs, because its going to sound like **** no matter what you do.

I hope this helps, as this is the most productive post I can produce without laughing my ass off at the original posts you made. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

HA HAY

Ok guys i can understand u just want to laugh at this Thread but u can also being useful, Maybe he is NOT understanding why u are laughing .. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Anyway, Sir .. ALL OF UR BRAND CHOOSIN ARE CRAAAAP

And i believe all of them are NOT over 50w RMS .. So u should look at these Brands to be in the right Side ..

RAINBOW ProfiVanadium .. I heared them ..

FOCAL K2P "perfect"

DLS Iridium+Nobi

HERTZ . I have HSK . MLK .. THEY ARE BOTH AWESOME .. loud and clear . specially MLK's

Dynaudio .

u can learn more SIR .. GL

A speaker's "loudness" isn't determined by its' sensitivity; that determines driver efficiency. A speaker with 85 db sensitivity can sound every bit as loud as a speaker with 91 db sensitivity, granted they handle the same amount of power. All it means is that the one with the lower sensitivity isn't using the power from the amp as efficiently, so it makes the amp work harder to reproduce the same volume of sound than it would have to if the driver was more efficient. But asking people on here to suggest which of the 6 is best, when they are ALL ****, leads me to believe you aren't really all that interested in really learning anything. RMS vs. Peak power handling is a joke. RMS is typically the maximum amount of power a speaker be subjected to continuously. Peak power is how much a speaker can theoretically be subjected to in short bursts or for short periods of time. The Boston Acoustics Pro60 woofers I've been using have an RMS power rating of 125w/each. Most people who have used them though, know that they don't really 'wake up' so to speak, until 150-200w. I personally had them seeing ~220w/woofer, and they took every bit of it. I realize they weren't seeing a constant 220w/channel, but they were seeing more than 125. Now on the other hand, expose some sick ass Boss or Pyramid components to the same power, even though they have the same power rating, I can almost guarantee they won't last 20 minutes. The individual components they use are not near the quality of say a Boston, Alpine Type X, Hertz, Focal, etc. They can rate them at whatever they want, but when push comes to shove, the cheap stuff will not stand the test of time. How was that for 2 cliches in one sentence??? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Anyway, you probably aren't interested in all this as it will take some time to run through your 'Retard-to-English' online translator, so here are the cliff notes:

Boss, Pyramid, Audiobahn, and the other brands you listed, ****. Don't waste your time perusing through the power ratings and efficiencies. They ****.

This guy does not a very good command of the english language, combine that with where he's from... wa wa.....
Might want to throw "have" in between 'not' and 'a' before you comment on peoples' command of the English language //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

seriously - was that first post real? i think this is just someone fkn with us...

I need speaker with lots of SPL, I should said "enough sound, i dont need more".I have posted 450 rms watt per channel in my amp. real power 90Amp*13.6/50%/2channel = 306 watt

now i looking speaker with lots of RMS and high sensitivity.

dont recommend me something like 100 rms, my DLS UP6 rated 150W RMS blow out.

now candidats:

1. LANZAR OPTI6C 6.5" 1000 WATT CAR COMPONENT - 250 rms, $150 баксов. sens - 86 db. its not loud.

2. BOSS BLX6 AUDIO EXXTREME 6.5" AND 1" COMPONENT SYSTEM - $90, sens 94db - wow, long time i spend for search and found that rms=225 ватт. this loud, too loud, total spl will be 145 db. i cannot trust in.

3. PYRAMID=CK657 - 400 rms, 92 db. $40. how it possible?

4. AudioBahn ABC6003 - 320rms 91 db $205 - i like them.

5. ALPHASONIK 5.25" & 6.5" COMPONENT 3-WAY SYSTEM PCT6551 350rms 93db $195 - and this is 3-way sysmem.

6. SOUNDSTREAM TRC.6N 6?" TARANTULA COMPONENT 200 rms, 91db, $175.

I like number 5 or 4. or 2 if boss have real 225 rms.

BTW: DLS UP6 tweeters alive - i can use them
From your crappy choice's! The SS will play loud and sound good. The others are all total crap!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

After further research I've found some very high SPL to $ speakers for your needs!
